The Countess of Morcar's blue diamond is dissappeared from her room in de Cosmopolitan Hotel.
The police think Jhon Horner took de diamond from a jewel box beacause he went to repair the broke window.

The diamond

The police found Horner at his home the next day, but they couldn't find the diamond.

Detective Bradstreet spoke the court: 'When I said "You are a diamond thief!", Horner hit me.'

Soon after that Horner told the court angrily:
'You've got the wrong man, I didn't take it. I', not a thief'

Brandstreet then told the court: 'I say he took the diamond'.

The case goes to the High Court the next week.

Police find Mr Henry Baker a white goose whit a black tail and black hat in Tottenhan Court Road , into the goose was the diamond. But police can't find him.

Mr baker had an idea, he took a pen and began to write:

'Did you lose a goose, a black hat some days ago in Tottenhan Court Road?
Are you called Henry Baker?
Please come to 221B Baker Street this evening at 6:30 to get your things'.
